


I found that my largest source of lag was my item transference network I ended up building a ship large enough that the storage area was outside of the loaded chunks I usually spend time with, and the lag got better. Certain weather effects on planets, particularly when they have accompanying particle effects if the weather is laggy that day, I just beam off-world and do something else for a bit. Zoom levels past 3 or 4 in complicated areas (ships, towns etc., in those areas I crank the zoom up, then back down when I'm mining\ non-grabbed items like blocks etc, the more that float around the worse performance gets Certain lights with animation patterns, like torches and ship thrusters Item Transference Networks (for some reason this is a big resource hit, I removed or shrunk my storage arrays and that helped) So I've been dealing with a similar issue with FU, and I've managed to identify several things that add lag:
